THE HUB PADDINGTON

The Hub Paddington is a new 16,265 sq. ft enterprise space providing, flexible, co-working space and business support for up to 400 entrepreneurs. Following on from our role as structural engineers for the 15 Storey residential building in which the commercial space occupies the ground and first floor. Shockledge were appointed as structural engineers for the commercial fitout which including major works to a building shear wall, installation of a new lecture theatre and various additional mezzanine areas.
