Carl
Carl is a chartered structural engineer with over 15 years’ experience delivering innovative projects for major consultancies. His passion for technology and progressive designs has made him a specialist in reinforced concrete and refurbishment, and the utilisation of BIM and 3D/4D project modelling.

Daiton
Daiton started his career as a structural technician in Australia, before moving to the UK and racking up 15 years’ experience on landmark projects in London. With expertise in BIM and its extended use, Daiton is forever pushing the boundaries of what design software can deliver and has established the standards of several renowned companies.

Barry
Barry is a chartered structural engineer with over 20 years’ experience working for major consultancies in the UK and abroad, bringing New Zealand and American design experience to the team. He is responsible for the technical delivery of Shockledge projects and has a specialty in the complex analysis of stability systems. He’s the one who keeps our designs upright! Barry shares Carl’s and Daiton’s vision of creating a new style of engineering. One that’s focused on delivering design excellence through the use of leading-edge technology.
