Located in the exclusive area of Coombe, between Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park, the £4 million Well House development comprises four three-storey luxury terraces, with neo-Georgian styling and features to harmonise within the surrounding area.

Each terraced dwelling includes a private rear terrace at the first floor, offering views across the Coombe Hill Golf course and generous vaulted ceilings for the living spaces on the second floor.

Shockledge was appointed by City Sanctuary Developments as structural and civil engineer for the project, from RIBA Stage 3 through to construction.
