HAMILTON COURT

Hamilton Court, a luxury 1920s residential block in Maida Vale, was extended at roof level to provide four penthouses with lavish 5.7m vaulted ceilings.

The continued occupancy of residential apartments below the new construction works meant that off-site prefabrication was sought to reduce the construction period where possible. Shockledge worked closely with the architect and contractor to provide a prefabricated solution for the wall construction. Developed by Shockledge in BIM and assembled by the contractor, the wall elements stitched together seamlessly on site.
