As part of a refurbishment and extension of the Quadrant Travelodge in Romford, Shockledge was appointed as structural engineer for the project.
A key feature of the works included the installation of a new four-storey, steel-framed annex. This fully glazed annex connects into the existing hotel building and acts as the primary entrance while also providing access to each of the floors.
