The Peel Project site sits at the heart of the South Kilburn regeneration area and is part of Brent Council’s wider regeneration programme. The development consists of a new health centre, pharmacy, café and retail space, and more than 200 new homes along with public realm space.

Shockledge were appointed by Balfour Beatty as part of an extended bid process to secure the project. Shockledge developed an alternative scheme and advised on several value engineering proposals as part of this supporting role.
