This office scheme encompassed the redevelopment of an existing 1960s office building on a prominent corner site in the heart of the City of London. The redevelopment, which was undertaken over a period of 2 years, comprises 110,000 sq. ft of high-quality office space over 9 floors, together with basement storage and car parking.

Legendre appointed Shockledge as the structural engineers for the detailed design including temporary works for the project.

Structurally, the works involved basement modifications for new plant and sprinkler tanks, slab infill and extension works across multiple levels, lift core extension works at roof, a new a garden terrace formed at roof level which including strengthening works down several levels, and a new entrance steel canopy.
