The new Respite facility at the Moor Lane Centre in Chessington provides overnight short break care for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Durability of internal walls was a key feature in the design along with high strength ceilings to support medical hoists which could be installed at flexible locations.

Shockledge were appointed by The Royal Borough of Kingston to provide Structural and Civils Engineering Design services from stage 2 through to completion.
